Located centrally in Vernon, CA

Elements fiber has been manufacturing polyester staple fibers since 2012.

We currently have 2 production lines making high-loft fiber rolls and densified fibers both cut pieces and rolls.

We process our products with imported machines from South Korea, using polyester staple fibers from Korean suppliers, to ensure consistent quality.

With In-house fiber deflection test for fiber recovery quality and consistency, We are able to meet your stringent quality requirements.

We operate 2 bobtail trucks and multiple trailers to delivery trailer load as well as LCL cargos to meet every customers’ need.

Our fibers are compliant to the following standards:
  1. CA-TB117
    California Smolder/Open Flame Test
  2. CA AB-2998
    No chemical material is used to manufacture our fibers. We use thermal bonding and only use heat to bond our fibers.
  3. FMVSS 302
    The Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 302 – Flammability of Interior Materials for Automobile.
  4. ASTM D3574-11
    Standard Test Methods for fiber deflection.
